消息人士：SEC准备考虑批准以太坊期货ETF:金色财经报道，据两位直接熟悉以太坊期货ETF文件的消息人士透露，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已表示准备公开考虑此类产品。然而，一位消息人士补充说，监管机构愿意对以太坊期货ETF进行权衡并不能保证它们会获得批准。
金色财经曾报道，Grayscale曾在5月份寻求推出以太坊期货ETF，但几天后撤回。Bitwise Asset Management、Direxion和 Roundhill Investments紧随Grayscale 后不久也撤回了申请。VanEck基金集团数字资产研究主管Matthew Sigel表示，SEC对加密ETF的政策“完全不一致”。[2023/8/3 16:15:11]

2、Element.Black的产品有哪些？如何从中赚取收益？
现阶段Element.Black正在打造旗下首款P2E的游戏Pixel-Infinity，目前游戏第二期白名单公测已于今天下午两点钟开启。
Pixel-Infinity是一款Co-Creating游戏，受到Reddit上面爆火的游戏“像素格子”的启发，我们团队在原始的游戏逻辑基础上新加了区块链技术和Token经济学的概念。

游戏本身很简单，是一块400*400个像素格子的画布，任何玩家只要注册登录进去后都可以随意在画布上涂抹作画。内测期间，新用户登录后会被赠送100个格子，邀请好友加入也会额外赠送10个格子作为奖励。同时平台每8小时还会发放100万枚ELT测试币给所有玩家，玩家利用分得的测试币可以进行质押来获得额外的格子，如果邀请来的好友也质押了格子，那么被邀请的玩家同样能获得奖励。ELT测试币将在TG之后置换成ELTTOKEN也就是说，只要你来参与游戏，再邀请朋友来参与游戏，就能获得丰厚的游戏奖励！

以太坊网络当前已销毁333.94万枚ETH:金色财经报道，据Ultrasound数据显示，截止目前，以太坊网络总共销毁3339420.20枚ETH。其中，OpenSea销毁230050.65枚ETH，ETHtransfers销毁285575.61枚ETH，UniswapV2销毁179568.86枚。注：自以太坊伦敦升级引入EIP-1559后，以太坊网络会根据交易需求和区块大小动态调整每笔交易的BaseFee，而这部分的费用将直接燃烧销毁。[2023/5/28 9:46:49]

3、Element.Black与其他区块链技术平台相比，有什么不同之处？作为用户选择Element.Black的理由是什么呢？

Matrixport研究主管：当前市场可以卖出比特币看涨期权来购买以太坊看涨期权:金色财经报道，根据加密服务提供商Matrixport的说法，现在是进行相对价值交易的时候了。交易员现在可以购买以太坊看涨期权，并通过卖出比特币看涨期权为其提供资金，利润潜力相当大。Matrixport研究和策略主管Markus Thielen周二在给客户的一份报告中表示，“这允许交易员以低波动率资产（比特币）的价格购买高波动率资产（以太坊）。”

Element.Black的代币简称为ELT，是基于ERC20协议下的代币，总发行量为40亿枚。
在Element.Black上线公链之前，ELT将作为整个内部生态内唯一的流通代币和治理代币。ELT未来还会随着Pixel-Infinity游戏开展STAKING在PIXEL上如果想要画更多的格子参与挖矿，需要质押ELTTOKEN，质押1000枚ELTTOKEN每八小时将获得一个可以累计的PIXEL.
在平台内制作NFT和参与拍卖都需要用到ELTTOKEN。
