硅谷区块链公司Espresso Systems因涉嫌知识产权盗窃被起诉:金色财经报道，知情人士透露，Espresso Systems项目正在面临重新背调和法务评估风险，因为它的投资者以及潜在投资者们发现，Espresso Systems项目所属开发公司Translucence Research Inc的联合创始人Ben Fisch、Benedikt Bünz、Charles Lu等，身陷道德丑闻和侵权纠纷。
更为重要的是，他们此前还与“老东家”Temujin Labs Inc.（Findora公链的开发公司）存在法律纠纷遭到指控泄露商业机密、破坏公司产品研发，以此为他们的新公司Espresso Systems铺垫道路，同时还涉嫌欺诈。
