Cosmos发布IBC1.0实现候选版本，包括支持异步确认等特性:12月17日消息，跨链项目Cosmos（ATOM）发布跨链通信协议（IBC）1.0实现候选版本，主要特性包括支持异步确认、高度抽象和升级支持、版本协商解决、治理下客户端恢复、跨链转移面额跟踪、设置每个连接的数据包延迟段、确定性标识符选择等。
