泰国证券交易委员会正在调查加密交易所Zipmex的收益计划:金色财经报道，根据 The Block 获得的一份文件，泰国证券交易委员会正在调查陷入困境的加密货币交易所 Zipmex 的收益计划，监管机构要求 Zipmex 泰国子公司 Zipmex Company Limited 就名为“ZipUp/ ZipUp+”的计划的运作方式做出明确说明。文件指出，Zipmex 通过聘请 Babel Finance 在收益计划中管理客户的数字资产，而在未经批准的情况下提供收益计划可能违反了国家的规定。监管机构在文件中援引紧急法令第 26条规定，根据泰国关于数字资产业务的紧急法令，任何管理与数字资产相关资金的人都需要获得该国财政部的许可，该法令规定的处罚范围包括罚款入狱。
