德国电信采用波卡网络，计划利用Substrate构建应用程序:金色财经报道，德国电信 Deutsche Telekom 子公司 T-Systems Multimedia Solutions（MMS）将为波卡网络的资产质押用户提供节点所需的基础设施，该公司还购买了大量 DOT Token 以进行质押。据悉，加密业务功能将被集成到德国电信的会计系统中。
