欧易OKX云服务商故障已恢复，将于19日2:50恢复交易:据官方消息，欧易OKX发布公告表示：由于欧易所使用的云服务商机房故障问题，导致2022年12月18日上午11:00至12月19日上午02:50期间交易服务中断了数个小时。
目前云服务商机房故障已修复，即将于2022年12月19日上午02:50(UTC+8)恢复交易，上午04:00(UTC+8)恢复充值，下午12:00(UTC+8)恢复提币。恢复交易的前20分钟内，为停机恢复保护阶段，在此期间可以撤单、进行Post only类型的订单下单以及补充保证金，同时此期间撮合保持关闭，不会有订单成交。停机恢复保护结束后，即进入正常交易阶段。
后续优化计划同步如下：
1、关于客户损失与补偿：对于因此次交易暂停产生了潜在损失的客户，欧易客户支持团队会主动联系客户沟通赔付细节，并承担所有由于平台原因所造成的客户损失。
