彭博社：美联储加息加速了Silvergate的倒闭:金色财经报道，彭博社在最新一篇报道中分析了加密银行 Silvergate 关停的原因，包括缺乏多元化、期限错配以及对加密货币的高敞口等。其中，由于 Silvergate 资产负债表的独特性，Silvergate 没有为其加密货币客户支付存款支付利息，因此相当于拥有“免费的资金池”来投资政府债务和类似流动资产。但美联储不断加息导致 Silvergate 的证券投资组合暴跌，而银行客户挤兑导致 Silvergate 不得不低价甩卖这些证券，从而加速了崩溃。[2023/3/9 12:51:52]
艾薇儿加盟的元宇宙项目MetaCity与Gate.io建立战略合作关系:据官方消息，NFT孵化器公司Tlabs所开发的明星元宇宙项目MetaCity，自加拿大摇滚巨星艾薇儿与吸血鬼日记的男主角Ian Somerhalder宣布登陆元宇宙项目MetaCity后，Gate.io也确定登陆MetaCity。
据悉，MetaCity在过去一周已跟不同的合作单位展开了多场Twitter Space，包括NFT交易平台GateNFT、NFT二级市场交易平台LooksRare、Gate.io、Decentraland前中国区负责人。联合讲者表示：“MetaCity是一个可以长期持有的项目。”
