自疫情发生以来,在重庆外汇管理部的统筹指导下,重庆市近20家试点银行充分利用跨境金融区块链服务平台（以下简称跨境区块链平台）便利企业跨境支付与融资,截止3月9日,累计为24家企业高效办理服务贸易付汇5636万美元,发放出口贸易融资款项4.6亿美元,高效满足复产复工资金需求。
